Fall on Center

Fall on Center depicts a view of Center Street in Rutland Vermont. I still feel the warm fall sun on my face, and the smell of fresh coffee and baked bread when I see it. A native of Rutland, I have grown up believing in this great city and enjoying everything it has to offer.
It was painted during the time I had my studio on the third floor of the Tuttle building, right about where the American Flag is. I think the intimate connection I felt to Downtown Rutland while painting there comes through.
