Community Service is very important to me. I have deep roots and a strong connection to Vermont, and the Rutland region especially. As an artist I have been able to contribute to our community in my own small way. Sharing my passion and art with others is an amazing opportunity to give back.
Fund Raising
I have worked on many successful fund raising projects with a diverse group of collaborators. Each project is different and a unique opportunity to have fun and be creative. Typically, an original painting is commissioned to be auctioned or raffled by a group. Additionally, prints may be available at wholesale pricing to the organizing group. Image use
It is an honor to have my images used in print and media and I am happy to support appropriate projects. However, all artwork is protected by copyright and good Karma. Written permission from the artist is required to use, reproduce, copy, or distribute an image in any way. Please contact me directly to discuss the use of any image.
Demonstrations
There are few things I enjoy more than to hear the giggles, gasps, & groans as bright orange is recklessly splashed across a fresh white sheet of watercolor paper. Reminding artists that it is just a piece of paper is beyond rewarding. I especially like working with the young and old. Please contact me directly to discuss a possible presentation for your school or group. My standard 2 hour Demonstration fee is $200.
Workshops
I have laughed and painted with hundreds of talented students over the last 10 years. Currently I am working on developing my own work, but will no doubt have much to share when I am again able to carve the time to teach. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding!
Donations
Over the years I have donated art and time to many deserving
organizations. I have also learned that there is no limit to worthy causes
requesting donations. Unfortunately per federal law an artist cannot claim the
