Taftsville Bridge Sep 29, 2014
When you travel Route 4 between Woodstock and Quechee you pass through Taftsville and by this gorgeous Bridge.
It was knocked out of commission by Irene.
But like any stubborn old Vermonter, she bounced back better than ever.
Resilience is a beautiful thing to see.
In people and bridges.

Speaking of travel, if I’m not in the studio I’m probably out on the road.
Somewhere in Vermont…
In the “Art Bus.”
The Art Bus is featured in the new fall national edition of Subaru’s Drive Magazine.
The excellent “Owner Spotlight” article was written by our very own Vermont writer, Courtney Parker.
Very nice , I love the fall colors
Fall colors induces some kind of special joy in most of us I think. Thank you Stacey!
Traveling by the Taftsville Bridge always makes me smile; you have captured it perfectly!
Thanks very much Sandy!
So many times I have driven by that bridge while living in New Hampshire. You have caught the beauty of it and the fall colors!
Thank you Chris, I admit I pushed them a little closer to peak than they really were last week. Artist’s prerogative!
Another great one, Peter! Lovely.
Thanks Peggy!
Well done!
Thanks Sue!
