The spectacular aerial tram cuts across the sky at Jay Peak.
I’ve skied just enough in my life to know the exhilaration of dropping into a steep run with nothing but down ahead.
Some slopes are just more adventurous than others.
Same goes for painting.
I took some big chances with this one, in honor of the brave souls who ski and ride here.

A couple of snow storms back I was returning home through Middletown Springs at dusk. Once in a while a subject stops me in my tracks. This was definitely one of those.
