Pawlet is nestled along the Western edge of Vermont at the confluence of Route 30, Route 133, and the Mettawee River.
Chartered in 1761, it’s a beautiful town with a rich history of farming and slate. Like so many Vermont towns, community spirit abounds.
My plein air painting buddy Robert Sydorowich and I set up to paint on a recent Fall morning. We met half the town by coffee break.
