It’s hard to beat summer in Vermont. This painting depicts beautiful Basin Harbor in Vergennes, basking in a warm evening glow. The vibrant scene was bustling with waterfront activity so I tried to capture the dynamic energy I experienced there last week. The Adirondacks added a spectacular backdrop in the distance across Lake Champlain.
