State House Spring May 27, 2024
“State House Spring” began on location during a recent trip north. I’ve done this subject a couple of times before and had no intention of painting it, but the late afternoon light striking the golden dome had me at hello. Besides, I don’t have to make all the decisions. As Andre Gide said; “Art is a collaboration between God and the artist, and the less the artist does the better.”

My daughter in laws Mother and Father worked in that building all their life in the transportation department , Are you going to have a print or cards that I could buy her?
