Whaleback Vineyard May 13, 2019
The happy vines at Whaleback Vineyard in Poultney, Vermont are slowly starting to come to life after a long winter.
Along with the rest of us.
I love painting on overcast days, in between the raindrops.
We’ve had plenty of them so far this Spring.
Please enjoy the new Video

Absolutely fascinating watching you create one of your masterpieces! I have no artistic talent at all so I have a sincere appreciation for those who do.
Thanks Margaret!
You DO know how to catch the viewer’s eye – a RED barn !! Love it – thank you Peter Huntoon !!!
Thanks Conni!
Love watching you work. Completely fascinating to see things materialize with the gentle brush strokes. Thank you for sharing!
Thanks Kathy!
Oh Peter! Painting while standing up and with gloves on! What a feat! You are fascinating to watch. Thanks so much for the video. It’s a lovely scene.
Thanks Beth!
I too enjoy painting on an overcast day. The landscape in such weather displays an added richness in depth and color. I always like your video clips too, especially watching those first bold strokes of the brush come to life, much like watching a butterfly emerge in splendor from its humble chrysalis .
Thanks Brian!
So very, very, Vermonty. Nothing makes spring any more crisp than red barns.
Thanks Beth Ann!
Your paintings are always inspiring to me. I love your vision.
Thanks Charlene!

This is my first time watching you paint & it was quite fascinating. I am not a painter at all, but I do appreciate watching how you interpreted the scene to your artistic expertise and brought it to life. I will be looking forward to the next one.
Thanks Judy!
