Three of a Kind
Although I’ve never been there, I was feeling o’ bit of “Scottish Highlands” influence on this one.
Wandering around the Wayward Goose Farm in West Pawlet, I quickly became artistically intoxicated.
Like a fine single malt whisky, it enveloped me in the rich aromas of spring, peat, and fresh earthy greens, with subtle notes of apple blossoms and just a hint of vanilla.
